The cardio and strength training program at Alleluia! allows adults of all ages and fitness levels the opportunity to achieve both long and short term goals. Enjoy group training in a relaxed and non-intimidating environment. The small class sizes promote a tremendous amount of personal growth. The instructor will show beginner, intermediate, and advanced options at each class. Music, weights, and steps are provided. All classes are 1 hour long. The instructor, Jean Cardwell, is certified through AFAA and has CPR accreditation. All classes begin with prayer. Start any time and we will pro-rate the fee. Join us for some healthy fun!
Class Descriptions: (Not all classes are available at all times)
Cardio-Dance: Move to music while burning fat. Fun!
Combo: We have combined the best of both worlds in this fabulous fusion workout. Part aerobic & part weights.
Cores & Booties: Reduces fat in lower/upper body and promotes lean body mass. Strengthens the back of the body.
Kick-Box: Transforms body w/weight loss drills & familiar kickbox combos. This class usually ends with abdominal work.
Pilates: Body, mind, and spirit approach to movement.
Step Aerobics/Abs: Exhilarating step combinations with ab work following.
Weight Training: Body sculpting with weights to promote lean body mass. Strengthens back of body & core muscles.
Family Outdoor Wellness: Ages 16 and up jog, walk, or work with weights, while little ones enjoy the park playground.
